The following circumstances modify the right to weekly wage loss (or indemnity) benefits:
- Increase or decease in disability when employee is not working.
- Risk of recurrence of disability if the employee were to return to work.
- Return to work with loss of earnings.
- Earning power assessment performed by a vocational expert.
- Proof of work availability.
- Specific losses.
- Impairment Rating Evaluation.
